Destination Perth members are offered a range of cooperative marketing activities throughout the year.
Destination Perth members can participate in a range of cooperative opportunities to support these campaigns and activities. These opportunities present unique and cost effective ways to partake in various forms of advertising and promotion that could otherwise, prove costly and unattainable for smaller businesses.

Website Business Listing
An important inclusion of membership is a Business Listing on our website, experienceperth.com. Our website attracts around 1.4 million visitors annually with ideas about what to do and where to stay in Perth. Business Listings including product information, images and logo, website and social media links and more. We will link to business listings from various content pages on the website, including events and blogs, as well as campaign landing pages so it is important that they remain up-to-date.
Members are encouraged to keep their Business Listings updated at all times. Members can log into the Member Portal, to access their listing and make changes. If you need your login details to be reissued to you please contact email@example.com.
Advertise in Promotions and Campaigns
We deliver a series of seasonal brand and tactical advertising campaigns and promotions to drive traffic to our website and social media channels, with the aim of driving direct bookings with members, and support Tourism WA’s campaigns and activities. Campaigns are promoted in our monthly consumer-newsletters with direct links to landing pages where advertised member offers are displayed and via posts on our social media platforms.
There are opportunities for members to advertise bookable products and promotions via our website, EDMs (Offer Me Perth) and social media platforms (See Perth) to extend the reach of their audience, increase brand exposure, and ultimately encourage new bookings and enquires.

Event and Festival Promotion
Our Events Calendar is one of the most visited sections of our website and is a fantastic platform to promote your upcoming events or festival. Member events are selected to appear on dedicated landing pages for seasonal holidays including Christmas, School Holidays, Easter Long Weekend, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Members events are also considered for inclusion in monthly seasonal consumer EDMs and in organic social media posts.
Advertise in the Perth Holiday Planner
The Perth Holiday Planner publication is the official holiday guide to Perth and surrounds and is used by Tourism WA and other industry bodies to promote Perth as a leisure and holiday destination. Members have the opportunity to advertise in the holiday planner. Destination Perth also produces a Perth Trade and Media Guide – a compressed version of the Perth Holiday Planner that provides destination information to trade and media representatives. In 2020/21 we will be producing an electronic version of the guide and all members will be automatically listed.
Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we will be updating the editorial of the current 2020 Holiday Planner and producing a new online version for 2021. Communication will be sent out shortly regarding this.

Website Banner Advertising
Banner advertising is available on our website and helps build awareness of your brand or specific promotion by extending your audience reach. Banner ads are displayed on our homepage and key internal content pages to ensure greatest exposure and can be booked monthly or in blocks of 3, 6, 12 and 18 months, with discounted extended rates available to Destination Perth members.

Inclusion in Media and Trade Familiarisations
Destination Perth provides support to trade and media familiarisation coordinated by Tourism Australia and Tourism WA. As well as providing destination information for these famils, we also suggest businesses and products for inclusion in itineraries, to ensure that the visiting media and trade are exposed to the most relevant experiences. Members receive priority towards involvement and/or inclusion in trade and media famils.

Trade and Media USB Product Profile
Destination Perth attends key trade and media events throughout the year, include the annual Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE). We distribute our Trade and Media USB at these events to provide destination information and itineraries to buyers. Members can purchase a Product Profile on the USB to promote their business.
